Neck & Back Pain

I went to Dr. Rettner for pain in my back and neck that has resurfaced over time. I’ve had chiropractic treatment since I was young, and am a big fan. Now, I find that many chiropractors are at least pretty good and can help – but others go much farther.

My L5-S1 disk is bulged and a painful left knee benefited from his amazing work.  I have been seeing Dr Rettner for over a year now. I went to Dr. Rettner because he helped a friend of mine who was in a lot of pain from a spider bite with a lymph massage to hasten the healing. I have a thyroid problem and suffer from multiple flus so I went for the lymph massage for a particularly long lasting flu and the results were amazing; I felt so much better I was able to go for a long walk the next day.

Since I have multiple issues; immune system, adrenal, digestive and thyroid, Dr. Rettner has put together a plan for me to get my energy and well being back. He does a lot of alternative energy work but just as much purely chiropractic work like spinal adjustment (though I’ve seen a lot of chiropractors and have never had quite the level of release I’ve had with Dr. Rettner).

I’m very impressed with his knowledge of the human body. He works very quickly but very deftly and with great confidence. My back and neck feel much looser after my adjustment and I have no doubt he’s increasing my energy level and my overall wellness.

Raphael Rettner, D.C. gives the best neck adjustments on the planet! My neck often goes out due to low blood sugar, and when he’s done with me, I feel like the lights are back on in my head and I can function again. I can’t recommend him enough.

He’s also great with stubborn weight loss problems, although I have never had to see him for this reason. Plus he’s guaranteed to make you laugh as well as get your bones in shape.

Dr. Rettner is a true healer. A visit to his office is like going to an appointment with a guardian Angel. He has a holistic approach and method and this is why I say that. I have had lower back pain (sacrum), upper neck pain, vertebrae in the middle of my back twisted, and had several blocked chakras from a bad tendency to not deal with stressful events correctly and/or appropriately, basically my whole life. These are completely associated with most if not all physical pain and suffering.

My name is Paul Thompson. I sing in a choir and also do solo performances around the Bay Area. I felt like my voice desired to reach a higher level but something was blocking its progression.

Prior to seeing Dr. Rettner, I could reach an A or A flat. Dr. Rettner cleared out the emotional armor surrounding my vocal chords, and I can now reach a high “B” note with relative ease. A high “B” is the next level, which is extremely good and high for a male voice. My voice coach and others who’ve heard me sing recently think I should move into operatic singing.

On top of being incredible at fixing whatever seems to ail me at the moment, and aligning my body back to perfection, I originally went to Dr. Rettner to lose weight. I’d gone to one of his workshops and thought he might be able to help, where everything else seemed to fail. He’s skilled at finding out what the original problem is for the weight GAIN.

He runs many tests for the different systems and parts of the body, including thyroid, the adrenals, the kidney and liver function, etc. and we literally ruled out things through tests until we found the winning combination for me of diet modification and proper supplements to improve my depleted adrenal system.
